Payments can be made out of pocket or reimbursed through out-of-network benefits, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), or in-network exceptions. Services rendered are non-refundable.
On a monthly basis, we can provide you with a “Superbill” which outlines everything your insurance provider needs in order to process your reimbursement request. Please note that the percentage of reimbursement can vary widely between plans. We are happy to provide guidance on how to inquire about your coverage before you contact your insurer.
