This policy covers the soitherapy.com website only. It does not cover information you share during therapy sessions, in the client portal, or over the phone — that information is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices instead.

When you fill out a form on this site — to request a consultation, apply for a position, or inquire about a speaking engagement — we collect what you enter: typically your name, email, phone number, and any message you include. We don't collect information automatically through cookies or tracking scripts on this site.

How we use it

Information submitted through this website is used only to respond to your inquiry — to schedule a consultation, follow up on a job application, or respond to a speaking request. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

This site uses a small number of third-party services to operate:

• Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-delivery service, and forwarded to our email.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
• Existing clients access scheduling and billing through our client portal, SimplePractice, which maintains its own privacy and security practices.

None of these services are used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

A note on what not to share

Forms on this website are for scheduling and general inquiries — they are not a secure channel for health information. Please avoid including clinical details, diagnoses, or other protected health information in any website form. That information is appropriately shared once you're a client, through our secure client portal or in session.

Data retention

We retain information submitted through website forms only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, unless you become a client, in which case your records are retained according to standard clinical record-keeping requirements under Maryland law.

Your rights
